Cucumber Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 2 big cucumbers, sliced thinly

→ Dressing

02 - 15 ml honey
03 - 60 ml rice vinegar
04 - 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper
05 - 15 ml sesame oil
06 - 15 ml soy sauce
07 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
08 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

→ Garnish

09 - 15 g fresh cilantro, chopped
10 - 2 green onions, sliced thin
11 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the dressing over the cucumber slices in a big bowl. Mix carefully so all slices are coated nicely.
02 - Let the cucumbers soak up the dressing for 10 minutes to get all the flavors.
03 - When you're ready to serve, scatter the toasted sesame seeds, cilantro, and green onions on top.
04 - In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes until blended well.

01 - Serve it right away after marinating so the cucumbers stay crunchy.
