Dubai Chocolate Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Ingredients

01 - 150 g pistachio butter (all-natural)
02 - 400 g dark chocolate (55-65% cocoa, melted and prepared)
03 - 1 pinch salt
04 - 75 g butter, liquefied
05 - 200 g kataifi dough (kunefe), fluffed and shredded
06 - 150 g white chocolate, gently melted
07 - 1.5 teaspoons plain vegetable oil (optional)
08 - 3 tablespoons pistachios, roughly chopped (for topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Break apart the kataifi into smaller pieces and loosen up the strands. In a pot with butter, cook over medium heat until crispy and golden. Let it completely cool down.
02 - Stir together the melted white chocolate, pistachio butter, and salt. Be sure to let the mixture cool down a bit before adding it to the kataifi.
03 - Shape the pistachio mixture into little balls. Pop them into the freezer until they’re nice and firm.
04 - Dip each frozen ball into the prepared dark chocolate. Let any extra chocolate drip off, then sprinkle pistachio pieces on top. Leave them to set before enjoying!

# Notes:

01 - The crispy kataifi base gives the chocolate-covered treats a delightful crunch.
02 - Chilling the pistachio mixture balls makes dipping them much easier.
