Dubai Chocolate Balls Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chocolate Pistachio Bites

01 - 200 g (7 ounces) kunefe pastry (kataifi)
02 - 75 g (⅓ cup) unsalted butter
03 - 150 g (5.3 ounces) creamy white chocolate
04 - Optional: 1.5 teaspoons mild vegetable oil
05 - 150 g (5.3 ounces) pure pistachio spread
06 - A tiny pinch of salt
07 - 400 g (14.1 ounces) dark chocolate (55–65% cocoa, melted and set up for coating)
08 - Decorate with 3 tablespoons of chopped pistachios

# Instructions:

01 - Slice and pull apart the kataifi strands, so they are loose. Heat with butter on medium until crispy and light brown. Let them cool down before using.
02 - Warm the white chocolate until smooth, then mix in the pistachio spread and a bit of salt. Add the crispy kataifi only when the chocolate is cool.
03 - Roll the mixture into little balls and pop them in the freezer to harden fully.
04 - Dip the chilled balls into the melted dark chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Sprinkle some pistachios on top and wait for them to set before eating.
