Dill Pickle Cheese Ball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Dill pickles
02 - Fresh dill
03 - Garlic powder
04 - Black pepper
05 - Shredded cheddar cheese
06 - Salt
07 - Cream cheese
08 - Lemon juice
09 - Sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a hand mixer and blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. This should take about a minute or two. Toss in the shredded cheddar, chopped pickles, and fresh dill, then stir everything evenly.
02 - Put two sheets of plastic wrap on a flat spot, crossing them like a big ‘X’. Drop the cream cheese mix in the middle. Wrap it up by folding the plastic edges over, twisting them tight on top to form a ball. Pop it in the fridge for at least two hours or until it firms up.
03 - Scatter some shredded or chopped cheddar cheese, fresh dill, and a bit of lemon zest on a flat surface. Take the chilled ball out of the wrap and roll it in those toppings until it’s fully covered. If there are bare spots, press the toppings to stick. Place it on a platter and serve with some crackers.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the cheese ball chill for a couple of hours makes sure it keeps its shape when you slice into it.
