Dark Chocolate Coconut Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup Nutella
02 - 3 ounces chopped dark chocolate
03 - 10 tablespoons butter
04 - 1 cup sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 2 large eggs

→ Dry Mix

07 - 1/4 cup toasted coconut
08 - 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)

# Instructions:

01 - Get the oven going at 350°F. Lay down parchment paper in an 8×8 pan, letting it stick up on two edges. Give it a good spray with oil.
02 - Warm the butter and chocolate together in a small pot over medium heat or zap it in the microwave. Stir until silky smooth, then let it cool off a bit.
03 - In another bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla, and Nutella with sugar. Gradually stir in the cooled chocolate and butter combo until it's blended.
04 - Softly mix sifted flour, salt, cocoa, and coconut into the wet batter. Don't overdo it. Pour it all into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the middle feels set.
