# Ingredients:

01 - 7 ml grated ginger root
02 - 15 ml soy sauce
03 - 22 ml honey
04 - 60 ml high-quality olive oil
05 - 7 ml rich sesame oil
06 - 7 ml tangy rice vinegar

→ For the Veggie Mix

07 - 4 small Persian cucumbers, sliced thin
08 - 7-8 colorful mini bell peppers, cut into thin circles
09 - 15-30 ml spicy chili oil
10 - 10-15 ml bagel topping mix
11 - 60 ml homemade sesame dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a small bowl and whisk honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, vinegar, and olive oil until smooth.
02 - Put the cucumber slices and bell pepper rings in a big bowl for serving or mixing.
03 - Drizzle the dressing over the veggies, mix in chili oil, and toss everything gently after sprinkling with bagel seasoning.
04 - Adjust seasoning or chili oil if needed. Enjoy right away or keep it chilled until it's time to eat.
