Cucumber Feta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 1 small red onion, sliced thin
02 - 2 big cucumbers, cut into thin slices

→ Fresh Herbs

03 - 60 ml parsley, chopped fine
04 - 60 ml dill, minced finely

→ Cheese

05 - 150 g crumbled feta cheese

→ Dressing

06 - 30 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
07 - Salt, adjust to your liking
08 - A dash of black pepper, freshly ground
09 - 60 ml olive oil, cold-pressed extra virgin

# Instructions:

01 - Take a big bowl and gently combine the red onion, cucumbers, dill, and parsley. Toss lightly to spread things around evenly.
02 - Gently fold in the feta crumbles into the blend of veggies and herbs. Be careful not to overmix so the feta stays intact.
03 - Use a small bowl to whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings like salt and black pepper. Mix until it turns smooth.
04 - Pour the finished dressing over the salad. Give it a gentle toss to coat everything nicely, then let it sit for about 10–15 minutes so the flavors settle in.
