Put the potato cubes, chicken pieces, sliced sausage, onion bits, and 2 cups of cheese into a greased crockpot and toss them together.

In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, sour cream, cream of chicken, garlic powder, Italian spice mix, and salt and pepper.

Pour the mixed sauce over the contents in the crockpot and give it all a good stir.

Spread the rest of the shredded cheese evenly over the top.

Turn the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours, or use the high setting for around 5 hours, until the onions and potatoes are soft. Careful not to let the potatoes turn mushy.

Once ready, scoop it out and serve hot. Enjoy!
