Cheesy Chicken Dish (Print Version)

01 - 1 pound chicken breast, chopped into inch-sized pieces
02 - 14 ounces kielbasa, sliced into thin rounds
03 - 10 red potatoes, cut into cubes about half an inch across
04 - 2 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 small white onion, finely chopped
06 - 10.5 ounces of canned cream of chicken and herbs
07 - 1/2 cup of thick sour cream
08 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
09 - A teaspoon of garlic powder
10 - A teaspoon of Italian seasoning mix
11 - Salt and pepper, season as you like

# Instructions:

01 - Put the potato cubes, chicken pieces, sliced sausage, onion bits, and 2 cups of cheese into a greased crockpot and toss them together.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, sour cream, cream of chicken, garlic powder, Italian spice mix, and salt and pepper.
03 - Pour the mixed sauce over the contents in the crockpot and give it all a good stir.
04 - Spread the rest of the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
05 - Turn the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours, or use the high setting for around 5 hours, until the onions and potatoes are soft. Careful not to let the potatoes turn mushy.
06 - Once ready, scoop it out and serve hot. Enjoy!
