03 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

→ Ground Beef Mixture

07 - 1 pound of ground beef
08 - 1 pinch of kosher salt
09 - 1 pinch of black pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Salad

11 - About 8 cups of romaine lettuce, chopped (roughly 2 heads)
12 - 1 cup (149 g) halved cherry tomatoes
13 - 1 cup (113 g) shredded mild cheddar cheese
14 - ⅛ red onion, sliced thin
15 - 6 to 8 baby dill pickles, sliced
16 - 1 batch (1 ½ cups) dill pickle ranch dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and get a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
02 - Grab a big mixing bowl and combine the cooled rice with the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
03 - Spread the rice mix evenly on the lined tray. Bake for about 25-35 minutes. Flip it around halfway so it crisps up evenly. Don’t let it burn!
04 - Take the rice out of the oven, break it into chunks, and let it cool off.
05 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir occasionally until it’s browned and fully cooked (should take 8-10 minutes). Drain the fat and leave it to cool a bit.
06 - In your large bowl, lay down the chopped lettuce as the base. Top with the cheddar, tomatoes, pickles, onion slices, crispy rice, and cooled ground beef.
07 - Pour the dressing on top and toss everything together. Serve it right away.
