Parmesan Zucchini Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 60 grams panko breadcrumbs
02 - 65 grams plain flour
03 - 50 grams Parmesan, grated
04 - 2 large eggs, whisked
05 - 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into fry-sized sticks

→ Seasonings

06 - Salt to your taste
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
09 - Fresh black pepper to taste

→ Other

10 - Nonstick olive oil spray

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 220°C. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly coat it with olive oil spray.
02 - Put flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in a second, and mix panko, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third.
03 - First coat each zucchini stick in flour, dip it into egg, then press it into the breadcrumb mixture to coat well.
04 - Spread the coated zucchini evenly on your baking tray. Spray a little more olive oil over the tops.
05 - Let the zucchini fries bake between 20 and 25 minutes, flipping them halfway so both sides crisp up evenly to a golden finish.
06 - Serve right away while hot. Pair with marinara, ranch, or aioli dips if you like.

# Notes:

01 - For crunchier fries, leave space between the zucchini sticks on the baking tray for better airflow.
