# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 cups oil for frying.
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 cup crumbs for breading.
04 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted.
05 - 1 teaspoon parsley, salt, and pepper.
06 - 3 russet potatoes, peeled.
07 - 3 slices crispy bacon, crumbled.
08 - 12 small cubes of cheddar cheese.
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
10 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
11 - 2 eggs, beaten.
12 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
13 - 1 tablespoon sour cream, with 1/4 cup extra for the sauce.
14 - 1 tablespoon season blend of your choice.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil peeled potatoes ‘til soft. Mash them with butter, sour cream, and some spices.
02 - Cook the breaded balls for 2 minutes in medium-hot oil until crispy and golden.
03 - Shape the mashed mix into golf ball sizes, tucking cheese and bacon inside each one.
04 - Dip each ball in flour, then egg, and finish by rolling in crumbs.
05 - Stir together mayo, sour cream, green onions, spices, and lemon juice. Serve as dip for warm potato bites.

# Notes:

01 - You can prepare the balls in advance before breading.
02 - Keep oil at the right heat so the cheese melts without overbrowning the outside.
