Honey Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
02 - ½ tablespoon Potato Starch (swap with corn starch if needed)
03 - ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
04 - 1.5 lbs Chicken wings (around 12 pieces)
05 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
06 - 1 teaspoon Black pepper
07 - ½ tablespoon Baking powder (must be aluminum-free)
08 - 1 teaspoon Seasoned salt

→ Hot Honey Sauce

09 - 2 tablespoon honey
10 - ¼ teaspoon salt (if more flavor is needed)
11 - 2 tablespoon butter
12 - 4 tablespoon hot sauce

# Instructions:

01 - If wings aren't separated, cut them into flat and drumstick pieces. Use paper towels to get them as dry as possible.
02 - Combine all the seasonings and coat the wings nice and evenly.
03 - Set to 400°F and air fry for 20 minutes. Flip them halfway. Don’t crowd the fryer—do batches if needed.
04 - On low-medium heat, melt the butter in a pan. Stir in hot sauce and honey, and simmer for about 2 minutes until it’s thick.
05 - Toss the crispy wings in the hot honey sauce so every piece is coated.

# Notes:

01 - Can be air-fried, baked, or deep-fried.
02 - For extra crispiness, ensure wings are super dry.
03 - Avoid baking soda; stick to aluminum-free baking powder for this.
