Set your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) and let it preheat.

Cut the halloumi into slices, about half an inch thick. Brush or spray both sides lightly with olive oil.

Lay the halloumi slices flat in the basket of your air fryer. Don't let them overlap.

Cook at 380°F for about 8-10 minutes. Flip the slices halfway using tongs to get them evenly browned. For a crunchier texture, cook an extra minute or two.

Move the crispy halloumi to your plates right away. Add a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness if you like.
