Crispy Halloumi Honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 block of halloumi cheese (8 oz)
02 - 1 tsp olive oil or spray for greasing
03 - Optional: A drizzle of honey

# Instructions:

01 - Set your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) and let it preheat.
02 - Cut the halloumi into slices, about half an inch thick. Brush or spray both sides lightly with olive oil.
03 - Lay the halloumi slices flat in the basket of your air fryer. Don't let them overlap.
04 - Cook at 380°F for about 8-10 minutes. Flip the slices halfway using tongs to get them evenly browned. For a crunchier texture, cook an extra minute or two.
05 - Move the crispy halloumi to your plates right away. Add a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Halloumi won't melt much thanks to its high heat tolerance. It gets a crispy outer layer while staying soft and slightly springy inside.
