# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
02 - ½ tsp black pepper
03 - ½ tsp salt
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - 4 minced garlic cloves
08 - 3 tbsp olive oil
09 - 1 lb halved baby potatoes
10 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 400°F (200°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Mix up the halved potatoes in a big bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, ½ cup Parmesan, some salt, and pepper. Put them on one side of the baking tray.
03 - Using the same bowl, mix the chicken breasts with the leftover olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Lay them next to the potatoes on the tray.
04 - Slide the tray in and bake for about 25-30 minutes. The chicken's temperature should hit 165°F (75°C), and the potatoes should look crisp and golden.
05 - Before serving, sprinkle parsley on top for a touch of freshness.
