Crispy Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Salt and black pepper for flavor.
02 - 1 teaspoon each of chili powder and smoked paprika.
03 - 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons of garlic and onion powders combined.
05 - Half a cup of plain flour.
06 - 2 pounds of chicken wings.
07 - A spritz of olive oil spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Dry the wings with a paper towel after washing them. Warm up your oven to 375°F.
02 - Grab a bowl, throw in the flour, and mix it with all the seasoning. Cover the wings completely with this mix.
03 - Lay out a baking sheet with parchment, place each coated wing on it, and lightly spray with olive oil.
04 - Cook in the oven for 20 minutes, turn them over, spray again, then bake another 10 minutes till they're crisp and reach 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - For air frying, set to 400°F and cook for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
02 - Make sure wings are dried off; it makes them crispier.
03 - Feel free to tweak the spices however you like.
