Mash the boiled potatoes and shred the seasoned chicken.

In a bowl, stir together the mashed potatoes, chicken, cheese, and some salt and pepper.

Form into 3-inch long rolls, coat first with flour, then dip in egg, and finish with panko crumbs.

Pop them in the freezer for half an hour. Shallow fry in a pan for 5-7 minutes until you see a nice golden color.
