Cheesy Onion Rings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Items

01 - 1 tsp Daks steakhouse seasoning or any flavoring you like
02 - 1/2 small white onion, sliced into thin circles
03 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 400°F.
02 - Cover the baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper.
03 - Scoop out a tablespoon of mozzarella and place a thin onion slice on top of it. Add another scoop of cheese over the onion. Keep going until all the cheese is used—this should give you about 6 rounds.
04 - Sprinkle Daks seasoning (or whatever you prefer) evenly on the rings you've made.
05 - Pop the tray into the oven and let it bake for around 10-12 minutes. Keep a close watch so the cheese doesn’t burn.
06 - Serve them warm, and pair with a BBQ dip or your favorite sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Cutting the onion super thin helps it crisp up better. Thicker rings still taste great but won’t have as much crunch.
02 - You can cook these in an air fryer too. Just cut around 3-4 minutes from the bake time and stay nearby to check it.
03 - If you're tracking Weight Watchers points, the whole thing is about 5 points, mainly because of the cheese.
