Crispy Airy Tortilla Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a cup of shredded mozzarella
02 - Two soft flour tortillas
03 - A tablespoon of butter, softened

→ Seasonings

04 - Chopped fresh parsley (if you want to decorate)
05 - Garlic powder to sprinkle
06 - A dash of Italian herbs

# Instructions:

01 - Spread each tortilla with your softened butter, making sure no spots are missed. Use a butter knife or the back of a spoon to make it easy, and don't forget the edges!
02 - Sprinkle the garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and Italian herbs onto the buttered tortillas. Place one tortilla on top of the other to sandwich the filling.
03 - Turn your air fryer on and get it warmed up to 375°F.
04 - Pop the tortillas into your air fryer basket once it's heated. Leave them to cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Keep checking—they should turn golden and crunchy, but don't let them burn.
05 - Once crispy and golden, gently take them out of the air fryer. Toss some parsley on top for a fresh look and pop of color if you'd like. They're best when eaten hot and crunchy!
