Spread each tortilla with your softened butter, making sure no spots are missed. Use a butter knife or the back of a spoon to make it easy, and don't forget the edges!

Sprinkle the garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and Italian herbs onto the buttered tortillas. Place one tortilla on top of the other to sandwich the filling.

Turn your air fryer on and get it warmed up to 375°F.

Pop the tortillas into your air fryer basket once it's heated. Leave them to cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Keep checking—they should turn golden and crunchy, but don't let them burn.

Once crispy and golden, gently take them out of the air fryer. Toss some parsley on top for a fresh look and pop of color if you'd like. They're best when eaten hot and crunchy!
