Use towels to wrap the tofu and press it down with something heavy, like a pot. Let it sit 15 minutes to squeeze out the water.

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, Sriracha, ginger, garlic, sugar, and black pepper.

Cut the tofu into 32 small cubes after pressing. Gently toss them in the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Coat the tofu cubes thinly and evenly by rolling them in cornstarch one at a time.

Turn the air fryer to 400°F to preheat, and lightly coat the basket with cooking spray.

Spread the tofu pieces in one layer. Spray them lightly with oil, cook for 5 minutes, flip them over, spray again, and cook another 5 minutes until golden and crispy.

Add a sprinkle of salt if you like. Top it off with sesame seeds and green onions, then enjoy it warm with a dip on the side if you want.
