Crispy Air Chickpeas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
04 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest.
05 - 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence.
06 - 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil.
07 - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, finely chopped.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
11 - 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese.
12 - 1 teaspoon za'atar spice blend.
13 - 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your air fryer on to 390°F and let it heat for 10 minutes.
02 - Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then pat them completely dry. Toss out any skins that come off.
03 - Combine oil with your chosen spices, then gently mix with chickpeas until evenly coated.
04 - Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking once. Crisp them up for another 1-3 minutes if needed.
05 - Taste and tweak the seasonings if you'd like. Serve right away for maximum crunchiness.
