Creamy Herb Vegetable Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 28 grams of ranch spice mix
02 - 455 grams of softened cream cheese, brought to room temperature

→ Vegetables

03 - 2 green onions, diced small
04 - 1 medium carrot, peeled and diced finely
05 - 75 grams of finely chopped broccoli
06 - 45 grams of finely diced red bell pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Take a big bowl and use an electric mixer on medium speed to whip the cream cheese for about 3 minutes. Stop when it looks airy and smooth.
02 - Add the ranch seasoning to the whipped cream cheese. Beat it for one more minute so everything mixes nicely.
03 - Using a rubber spatula, carefully mix in the chopped broccoli, diced carrot, red pepper, and green onions. Stir gently until the vegetables are fully mixed into the cream cheese.
04 - Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap, then leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours so the flavors can come together.
