Tuscan Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 oz spinach, drained completely after thawing.
02 - 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
03 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated.
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs blend.
05 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.
06 - 3/4 cup plain sour cream.
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F and grease a 1-quart dish lightly.
02 - Whip sour cream with softened cream cheese until it's smooth and creamy.
03 - Stir in your Parmesan, mozzarella, and all the seasonings including minced garlic.
04 - Mix in the spinach and tomatoes gently so everything is evenly combined.
05 - Place mixture in the prepared dish and let it bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling hot.
06 - Serve while warm with some crackers or slices of bread.

01 - You can prep early and bake it when needed.
02 - Make sure the spinach is completely drained to avoid extra liquid.
03 - Tastes best when eaten warm.
