10 - 1 cup of heavy cream
11 - Half tablespoon garlic, minced
12 - Half cup chicken stock
13 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
14 - 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese
15 - Grated parmesan (adjust from 1/2 to 3/4 cup to taste)
16 - Chopped parsley, about 1 tablespoon
17 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Put the salmon fillets on a dish. Coat them with olive oil, and sprinkle on the Italian herbs, salt, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and some red pepper flakes.
02 - In a hot pan with oil over medium-high heat, fry the salmon for about 3 minutes on each side till crispy and golden. Lower the heat to finish cooking. Take it out of the pan.
03 - Add butter to the same pan (medium heat). Once melted, toss in the garlic and cook for a minute or two until fragrant.
04 - Pour cream, chicken broth, and lemon juice into the pan. Let it gently simmer for a couple of minutes. Stir in the parmesan cheese and cream cheese until it thickens. Season with pepper and salt.
05 - Mix in the fresh basil and parsley. Place the cooked salmon back in the sauce, letting it warm up for a minute or so before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Quick to prepare, done in around half an hour
02 - Feel free to add onions to the sauce if you'd like
03 - Play with the parmesan amount for a thicker or thinner sauce
