Creamy Garlic Pizza Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - Grated Parmesan cheese
02 - Milk or heavy cream (for a more decadent base)
03 - Unsalted butter
04 - Salt
05 - Black pepper
06 - Minced fresh garlic
07 - All-purpose flour
08 - Optional parsley for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Add the Parmesan to the mix and stir gently until it's smooth and melted.
02 - Sprinkle in as much salt and pepper as you like. Enjoy it immediately as a pizza topping, a drizzle, or a dip. Toss in parsley if you want some color.
03 - Gradually whisk in the milk while stirring the whole time so it stays smooth. Heat it up for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
04 - Toss the minced garlic into the pan and keep stirring for a minute or two until it smells amazing. Don’t let it get too dark.
05 - Heat the butter in a saucepan on medium until it’s melted.
06 - Mix the flour into the pan and keep whisking for a minute to make a paste.

# Notes:

01 - This versatile sauce works great for pizzas, dipping, or as a drizzle. If you need it thinner, just stir in a little more milk.
