Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Paprika for a light sprinkle
02 - A tablespoon of fresh parsley or chopped chives
03 - Black pepper, add as much as you like
04 - A pinch of salt, adjust to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard (optional)
06 - 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
07 - ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
08 - ½ cup of thick cream
09 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
10 - 4 tablespoons of plain unsalted butter
11 - 4 lobster tails (each around 4–6 oz)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab kitchen scissors and cut along the top of the shell. Carefully pull the meat out so it sits on top while leaving it attached at the bottom. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and a little paprika for seasoning.
02 - Turn on the broiler in your oven. Put the lobster tails on a tray and broil for 5–6 minutes until the meat gets opaque and slightly browned on top.
03 - Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for a minute. Mix in heavy cream, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Let it cook gently until it thickens a bit.
04 - Pour the garlicky cream sauce generously over your cooked lobster tails.
05 - Scatter some parsley or chives over everything, and serve warm alongside lemon wedges or on creamy mashed potatoes.
