Grab a bowl and toss in the coconut milk, shredded coconut, condensed milk, salt, and vanilla extract. Give it a really good stir until it all looks nicely mixed up.

Take some parchment paper and line a square mold or a baking dish. Spoon the mixture in, spread it evenly, and gently press it down.

Pop the dish into the fridge for a couple of hours so it has time to set properly.

Once it's firm, use the parchment paper to lift everything out of the dish. Cut it up into bars, and you're good to go!
