Creamy Coconut Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup coconut milk
02 - Pinch of salt
03 - 1 cup condensed milk
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2 cups shredded coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and toss in the coconut milk, shredded coconut, condensed milk, salt, and vanilla extract. Give it a really good stir until it all looks nicely mixed up.
02 - Take some parchment paper and line a square mold or a baking dish. Spoon the mixture in, spread it evenly, and gently press it down.
03 - Pop the dish into the fridge for a couple of hours so it has time to set properly.
04 - Once it's firm, use the parchment paper to lift everything out of the dish. Cut it up into bars, and you're good to go!
