Creamy Chicken Florentine Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Fresh spinach
02 - Heavy cream
03 - Butter
04 - Parmesan cheese, grated
05 - Chicken broth
06 - Garlic, minced
07 - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
08 - Olive oil

→ Seasonings

09 - Red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - Black pepper
11 - Salt
12 - Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle the chicken breasts lightly with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
02 - Warm a skillet on medium-high heat with olive oil. Let the chicken cook on each side for 4-5 minutes or until golden. Take it out and keep it aside.
03 - Toss butter into the same skillet and stir in the minced garlic. Once it smells amazing, pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan. Mix it all together until it’s smooth.
04 - Throw in the fresh spinach and keep cooking until the leaves are soft and wilted.
05 - Pop the chicken back into the pan. Let it bathe in the creamy sauce for about 5 minutes.
06 - Serve while it’s warm with your choice of pasta, some bread, or maybe even rice.

# Notes:

01 - This meal tastes best right after it’s made, but you can store leftovers for up to 3 days in the fridge if you seal it well.
02 - To reheat, use a skillet on low heat and add a touch of cream to bring the sauce back to life.
