Place the chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker, then scatter the garlic over it.

Combine cream cheese and butter, warming them in the microwave until melted. Stir till smooth, then mix in the chicken soup, Italian mix, and chicken broth until combined.

Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken. Cover and set to low for around 6–8 hours, or until the chicken's tender.

In the last 30 minutes, you can shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker. Let it soak in the sauce for the remaining time.
