Creamy Chicken Apple Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 1/4 cup sour cream
02 - Juice from half a lemon
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - Salt and pepper as needed
05 - 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
06 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

→ Salad

07 - 2 green onions, chopped
08 - 2 celery sticks, sliced thin
09 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries
10 - 1 cup diced apple pieces
11 - 1 pound cooked chicken breast, diced (makes about 2 cups)
12 - 1 cup grapes, sliced in half
13 - 1/2 cup almond slivers
14 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a small bowl and mix Greek yogurt, honey, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper, then give it a taste. Adjust if needed and set aside for later.
02 - If you're toasting the almonds, spread them out on a baking pan. Pop into a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes, or till they're golden.
03 - In a big bowl, toss together the chicken chunks, sliced grapes, apple pieces, celery, green onions, cranberries, almonds, and parsley.
04 - Pour in however much of the dressing you'd like and stir till everything's nicely coated. Add a little salt if the flavors need a boost.
