Creamy Cheese White Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened and cubed
02 - 8 oz block of pepper jack cheese, cubed
03 - 8 oz block of white American cheese, cubed
04 - 4 oz can of green chilies or diced tomatoes
05 - 1/2 cup whole milk (add more if needed)
06 - 1/4 tsp chili powder
07 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1/8 tsp cumin powder

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the cheeses and milk in a skillet on medium heat till melted and smooth. Lower the heat to keep warm.
02 - Add your choice of diced tomatoes or chilies. Toss in the spices. For a flavor boost, pour in 1-2 tbsp of the can liquid.
03 - Want it thinner? Stir in a little milk, 1-2 tbsp at a time. Thicker? Just let it cook a bit longer.
04 - Serve the warm dip alongside tortilla chips for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Deli-sliced white American cheese works too.
02 - Try topping with fresh avocado, tomatoes, pico de gallo, cilantro, or jalapeños.
