# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - Salt and pepper, as needed
08 - Fresh parsley for a touch of green (optional)
09 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
10 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
11 - 1 tbsp olive oil
12 - 1 cup beef broth

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the bowtie pasta in boiling water—follow the package directions. Drain when ready and set aside somewhere nearby.
02 - Warm up olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Toss in the onion and sauté it for about 3-4 minutes, till soft. Add the garlic, stir for a minute, then crumble in the ground beef. Cook until it's browned, then remove any excess fat.
03 - Blend in the beef broth and let it simmer gently. Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and paprika. Mix everything so the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
04 - Mix the ready pasta into the beef and sauce. Stir everything so the pasta is covered in the rich, cheesy sauce. Sprinkle in salt and pepper if needed.
05 - Top with fresh parsley if you like, and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - To cut calories, try lean ground beef or ground turkey.
02 - Boost nutrition by tossing in veggies like spinach or chopped bell peppers.
