02 - 8 oz of pasta, uncooked.
03 - 1 pound of ground beef.
04 - 2 tbsp of tomato paste.
05 - 3/4 cup of heavy cream.
06 - 1 tbsp of olive oil.
07 - 1/2 of a yellow onion, chopped small.
08 - 1 1/2 tsp of minced garlic.
09 - 1/2 tsp of Dijon mustard.
10 - 1/4 tsp of Italian herbs.
11 - Salt, to your liking.
12 - Black pepper, add to taste.
13 - Optional: Freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Get a pot of water boiling, add salt, and cook the pasta following the suggested time for al dente on the package.
02 - Warm up olive oil in a big pan on medium heat. Toss in the chopped onion and sauté for around 4-5 minutes.
03 - Put the beef and garlic in the pan. Break the meat into smaller pieces while stirring, cooking for 8 minutes. Drain any extra fat.
04 - Mix the tomatoes, paste, herbs, and Dijon mustard into the skillet. Let it gently bubble for 4-5 minutes.
05 - Pour in the cream and let it heat up for 3-5 minutes, keeping an eye as it thickens slightly.
06 - Stir in salt and pepper. Toss everything with the cooked pasta, and sprinkle Parmesan on top if you want.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep this ahead and gently reheat later.
02 - The sauce will thicken as it rests.
