Beef Bowtie Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small onion, chopped.
02 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
03 - 2 cups beef stock.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
05 - 1 pound ground meat.
06 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
07 - 12 ounces farfalle pasta.
08 - 1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes.
09 - 1 tablespoon cooking olive oil.
10 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese blend.
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika seasoning.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
14 - 3 minced garlic cloves.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to cook the farfalle until it’s just tender. Drain it and set aside.
02 - Heat oil in a pan. Brown the ground meat and onions for about 5-7 minutes, then toss in the garlic and cook for another minute or two.
03 - Mix in the diced tomatoes, broth, and seasonings. Let it gently bubble for 5-7 minutes.
04 - Turn the heat lower. Slowly stir in the cream and cheese mix until the sauce is silky smooth.
05 - Add the cooked pasta to the creamy sauce. Stir it all together, then sprinkle over the parsley for a fresh finish.

# Notes:

01 - Toss in some broccoli or peas if you’d like.
02 - Good in the fridge for up to 3 days.
03 - Want heat? Add chili flakes.
