Turn your oven to 190°C. Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it lightly or putting down some parchment paper.

In a big bowl, toss together the bread crumbs, turkey, cranberries, diced onion, celery, and parsley.

Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper over the mix. Stir things up so everything is evenly coated.

Pour the chicken broth into the bowl, crack in the egg, and stir until it all comes together nicely. If it feels too dry, add a bit more broth, bit by bit.

Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each ball. Roll them into smooth, round shapes and place them on your baking tray.

Bake everything for close to 25 minutes. Once they're golden and heated through, they're done.

These are best served warm. Enjoy them with some cranberry sauce or gravy if you'd like.
