Turkey Cranberry Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Parts

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, ground
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
05 - 60 milliliters chicken broth
06 - 15 grams fresh parsley, minced
07 - 50 grams finely chopped celery
08 - 80 grams finely diced onion
09 - 65 grams dried cranberries, minced
10 - 150 grams pulled turkey, cooked
11 - 240 grams bread crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 190°C. Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it lightly or putting down some parchment paper.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the bread crumbs, turkey, cranberries, diced onion, celery, and parsley.
03 - Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper over the mix. Stir things up so everything is evenly coated.
04 - Pour the chicken broth into the bowl, crack in the egg, and stir until it all comes together nicely. If it feels too dry, add a bit more broth, bit by bit.
05 - Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each ball. Roll them into smooth, round shapes and place them on your baking tray.
06 - Bake everything for close to 25 minutes. Once they're golden and heated through, they're done.
07 - These are best served warm. Enjoy them with some cranberry sauce or gravy if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Keep them soft by not overbaking. If you notice the mixture feels dry, add a little extra broth before rolling.
