Start by setting your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.

Make 1-inch grid-like cuts into the bread by slicing it both vertically and horizontally, but don’t go all the way through!

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with rosemary and thyme. Add a pinch of salt, stir it all together, and set aside.

Put the loaf on a baking sheet and use a kitchen brush to evenly spread the butter mix, getting it into every slice.

Take the brie chunks and cranberry sauce, and stuff them into the spaces between bread slices.

Wrap the loaf tightly in foil, pop it in the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is gooey.

Take off the foil, serve the bread while it’s hot, and dig in!
