Cranberry Brie Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
02 - 16 oz wheel of cubed or chopped brie
03 - 1 large round loaf of sourdough bread
04 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
05 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
06 - 1 1/2 cups cranberry sauce with whole berries
07 - Salt to your taste (preferably kosher)

# Instructions:

01 - Start by setting your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Make 1-inch grid-like cuts into the bread by slicing it both vertically and horizontally, but don’t go all the way through!
03 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with rosemary and thyme. Add a pinch of salt, stir it all together, and set aside.
04 - Put the loaf on a baking sheet and use a kitchen brush to evenly spread the butter mix, getting it into every slice.
05 - Take the brie chunks and cranberry sauce, and stuff them into the spaces between bread slices.
06 - Wrap the loaf tightly in foil, pop it in the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is gooey.
07 - Take off the foil, serve the bread while it’s hot, and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Don’t cut through the bottom crust, or the bread will completely fall apart.
