Cranberry Brie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of tangy cranberry spread.
02 - 100 g of creamy Camembert cheese.
03 - A pack of mini frozen phyllo pastry cases (15 pieces).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C to preheat.
02 - Cut Camembert into squares about 1.5 cm thick.
03 - Pop one cheese cube into each phyllo shell.
04 - Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry spread over each one.
05 - Arrange the shells on baking paper on a tray and bake them for 7 to 8 minutes, or until they’re heated through.
06 - Serve them warm or let them cool to room temperature before enjoying.
