Set your oven to 175°C to preheat.

Cut Camembert into squares about 1.5 cm thick.

Pop one cheese cube into each phyllo shell.

Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry spread over each one.

Arrange the shells on baking paper on a tray and bake them for 7 to 8 minutes, or until they’re heated through.

Serve them warm or let them cool to room temperature before enjoying.
