Cold Brew Coffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups (907g) of water.
02 - 1 cup (113g) of whole coffee beans.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your coffee grinder to the coarsest level and crush the beans until they’re a bit like rough cornmeal.
02 - Put the ground coffee into a big container, then pour in the water.
03 - Give it all a gentle stir to make sure all the coffee grounds are soaked.
04 - Cover it up and leave it to brew for 12 hours. You can keep it at room temp or pop it in the fridge.
05 - Get a strainer and line it with a piece of cheesecloth.
06 - Pour the coffee through the prepared strainer to separate the liquid from the grounds.
07 - Move the strained coffee into a storage container.
08 - When you're ready to drink, adjust it by adding water or milk until it tastes just the way you want.
09 - Pour it over ice for a refreshing cold drink or warm it up for a cozy hot coffee.

# Notes:

01 - You can make this using a French press instead.
02 - The strength can be customized to your liking.
03 - Store it for a week in the fridge.
04 - It’s easier on your stomach compared to regular hot coffee.
