Coal Candy Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 3 cups of white chocolate chips.
03 - 2 teaspoons of black food dye.
04 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
05 - 2 tablespoons of butter.
06 - Black or silver sprinkles, if you like.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab an 8x8 pan and cover it with parchment paper.
02 - On a low flame, stir together the white chocolate, condensed milk, butter, vanilla, and salt. Don't heat too fast or it'll scorch—stir until it's velvety, maybe 5-7 minutes.
03 - Turn off the stove, then stir in the black dye until it looks dark and coal-like.
04 - Pour the mixture into the prepped pan. Sprinkle on any decorations if you're using them.
05 - Let everything cool down naturally, then pop it in the fridge covered for at least 8 hours or leave it overnight.
06 - Use the parchment edges to lift it from the pan. Cut into small 1-inch squares.

# Notes:

01 - You don't need much black dye for dark chocolate.
02 - Cooking times differ based on condensed milk brands.
03 - If the fudge turns out soft, warm it back up and try again.
