In a bowl, mix together celery salt, mayo, mustard, and lemon juice. Taste it and make adjustments if you think it needs more flavor.

Carefully add the lobster chunks to your dressing and stir lightly until they’re all covered. Keep the pieces intact while doing this.

Heat up some butter in a pan on medium. Lay the buns down, cut side touching the pan, and toast until they’re nice and golden on both sides for about 2 or 3 minutes.
