Classic Lobster Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key lobster mix

01 - ½ teaspoon celery salt
02 - 1 pound of lobster meat, cooked and chopped
03 - 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
04 - ½ cup mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ Buns and butter

06 - 4 top-sliced hot dog buns
07 - Some butter to toast buns

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix together celery salt, mayo, mustard, and lemon juice. Taste it and make adjustments if you think it needs more flavor.
02 - Carefully add the lobster chunks to your dressing and stir lightly until they’re all covered. Keep the pieces intact while doing this.
03 - Heat up some butter in a pan on medium. Lay the buns down, cut side touching the pan, and toast until they’re nice and golden on both sides for about 2 or 3 minutes.
04 - Stuff the toasted buns with the lobster mixture, serve immediately, and enjoy while everything’s fresh!

# Notes:

01 - Craving extra texture? Toss in some finely chopped celery or sliced scallions when combining the lobster.
02 - You can make the lobster mix a day early. Just store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
03 - Pair it with classics like a pickle and some chips for a true New England feel.
