Cinnamon Apple Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon of regular salt.
02 - 1 1/2 cups of plain flour.
03 - 1/2 cup of unsalted, softened butter.
04 - 1/2 cup of white sugar.
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder.
06 - 1 big apple, peeled and diced.
07 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
09 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
10 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
11 - 1/2 cup of milk.
12 - 2 large eggs.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
14 - 3/4 cup icing sugar.
15 - 2 tablespoons of water.
16 - 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 180°C and grease an 8.5x4.5-inch loaf tin.
02 - Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
03 - Whip butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy and light.
04 - Put in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
05 - Gradually mix the flour mixture and milk alternately.
06 - Toss the apple with the filling ingredients in a bowl.
07 - Add layers of batter and apple filling alternately, then lightly mix to swirl.
08 - Pour the rest of the batter and layer the last apple mix on top.
09 - Sprinkle the cinnamon-brown sugar topping.
10 - Bake for 45-55 mins or until it’s cooked through.
11 - Let it cool down for 15-20 minutes before pouring the glaze over it.

# Notes:

01 - Dice the apple into small-to-medium pieces.
02 - Be careful not to over-mix the layers.
03 - Put parchment paper in for easier removal.
04 - Lasts 2-3 days stored at room temperature.
