# Ingredients:

01 - 10 oz pastel-colored mini marshmallows.
02 - 12 oz French-style chocolate candy melts.
03 - 1/2 cup of toasted and chopped walnuts.
04 - 2 cups of sweetened grated coconut.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover baking trays with wax paper and prep coconut into strips.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, toss together the marshmallows and chopped walnuts.
03 - Melt the chocolate as per the instructions on its packaging.
04 - Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow and nut mix, and gently stir to combine.
05 - Place portions of the mixture onto the prepared coconut strips.
06 - Sprinkle the remaining grated coconut over the top.
07 - Roll the mixture into logs using the edges of the wax paper.
08 - Refrigerate the logs for about 45 to 60 minutes until they’re firm.
09 - Slice the firm logs into 3/4-inch thick rounds.
