Heat up sugar and water in a big pot on high. Keep stirring every now and then for 3–5 minutes until the sugar's gone.

Take the pot off the heat. Pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and lemonade concentrate. Stir it well until the frozen lemonade is all mixed in. You’ll end up with 4 quarts total.

Let it cool to room temperature. Once that’s done, transfer it into a big, freezer-proof container with a snug lid. Freeze it overnight.

Scrape the frozen mix with a fork to get icy chunks. Scoop about 1 cup into a lowball glass. Pour cherry soda on top and finish with cranberries and orange slices for a fancy touch.
