Coat the pan with butter or oil, then lay down some wax paper.

Combine the sugar cookie mix and condensed milk in your pan.

Toss in the chocolate chips, making sure they're coated evenly.

On low heat, melt everything together while stirring all the time.

When the texture is silky, take it off the heat.

Add some sprinkles and mix them into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.

Sprinkle a bit more on top if you'd like.

Let it cool in the fridge for about half an hour.
