Christmas Caramel Popcorn (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 cups of freshly made popcorn on the stove.
02 - 3/4 cup of unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 1 and 1/2 cups of light brown sugar.
04 - 1/3 cup of golden corn syrup.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
06 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
07 - Food coloring in red and green shades.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop some popcorn on the stove, then split it evenly into two big bowls.
02 - Turn on your oven to 120°C, and lightly grease two 9x13 baking dishes.
03 - Mix butter, corn syrup, and brown sugar in a pot. Let it all melt together until it starts bubbling.
04 - Keep the mixture boiling for about 3 minutes. Don’t forget to stir all the time!
05 - Take the pot off the stove, then stir in the baking soda and vanilla.
06 - Split the caramel into two portions. Color one red and the other green.
07 - Quickly drizzle the red caramel over one batch of popcorn and green over the other.
08 - Spread the popcorn in the prepared dishes and bake for 45 minutes.
09 - Every 15 minutes, give the popcorn a quick stir while it's in the oven.
10 - Let the popcorn cool all the way before you serve or pack it up.
