Christmas Candy Crockpot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16-ounce jar of unsalted peanuts.
02 - 16-ounce jar of salted peanuts.
03 - Two 12-ounce bags of white chocolate chips.
04 - Two 24-ounce packages of white almond bark.
05 - Crushed mini candy canes (48 total) or about a cup from 12 large ones, with some saved for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, almond bark, white chips, and about ¾ cup of crushed candy canes into the crockpot. Set aside the extra crushed candy for sprinkling on top.
02 - Put the lid on and switch the crockpot to low heat.
03 - Once the melting begins, give the mixture a stir. Keep it on low for 1 to 2 hours, or until completely smooth.
04 - Take the lid off and give everything in the pot a solid stir.
05 - Lay parchment paper on 2 baking sheets. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop big spoonfuls of the mix onto the sheets. Sprinkle the rest of your crushed candy canes on top.
06 - Pop the trays into the fridge for 20 minutes, or until the candy's firm.

# Notes:

01 - Mixing salted and unsalted peanuts gives a nice flavor contrast.
02 - Refrigeration is key to getting the candies to firm up.
