# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Base

01 - Mozzarella cheese, shredded
02 - Garlic, minced
03 - Olive oil
04 - Parmesan cheese, grated
05 - Pizza dough

→ Chopped Salad Topping

06 - Cucumber, diced
07 - Cherry tomatoes, halved
08 - Salami or pepperoni, chopped (optional)
09 - Romaine lettuce, finely chopped
10 - Kalamata olives, sliced
11 - Mozzarella pearls or diced provolone
12 - Pepperoncini peppers, chopped
13 - Red onion, thinly sliced

→ Dressing

14 - Salt
15 - Dijon mustard
16 - Red wine vinegar
17 - Freshly ground black pepper
18 - Olive oil
19 - Dried oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 450°F (232°C) and heat your pizza stone, if you've got one.
02 - Spread out the dough on a floured counter until it's about ¼ inch thick. Place it on your baking tray or pizza stone, brush on olive oil, and scatter the minced garlic on top.
03 - Pop it into the oven for 8–10 minutes until the edges just start to turn a light golden color.
04 - Take the crust out, spread mozzarella and Parmesan over it, and bake again for 5–6 minutes until the cheese bubbles and melts.
05 - In a small dish, mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, salt, and ground black pepper.
06 - Toss the salad ingredients in a big bowl, pour the dressing over them, and stir to coat everything evenly.
07 - Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes, then cover it with a generous amount of the salad.
08 - Cut into slices and serve while the crust is warm and the topping is cool.
