Chocolate Strawberry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 lb fresh strawberries, halved with stems removed
02 - 1 box of brownie mix (meant for an 8x8 inch pan)

→ Ganache

03 - 3/4 cup heavy cream (can adjust to 1 cup if needed)
04 - 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to bake brownies in an 8x8 pan. Let them cool off fully before moving on.
02 - Spread out the strawberry halves across the brownies so they're in one layer, with the cut sides on top.
03 - Melt the chocolate and cream in a bowl using short microwave intervals. Stir after each round until it’s silky smooth.
04 - Pour the melted ganache gently over the strawberry layer. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until it firms up. Tastes best if eaten the same day.
