Chocolate Peanut Butter Stacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Holiday sprinkles for decoration (optional).
02 - 1 pound of melted chocolate coating.
03 - 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff.
04 - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter.
05 - 48 TUC biscuits (French equivalent to Ritz crackers).

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet all the way with parchment paper to make sure nothing sticks while working.
02 - On the prepared tray, place 24 TUC biscuits in rows, leaving a little room between each.
03 - Stir together your peanut butter and marshmallow fluff in a medium bowl until the mixture is combined and super smooth.
04 - Take a knife or spatula and generously spread the peanut butter mix onto each biscuit, making sure it covers well.
05 - Add a second TUC biscuit on top of each spread biscuit to form sandwich pairs, pressing them lightly.
06 - Use a microwave-safe bowl to melt the chocolate. Heat for a few seconds at a time, stirring after each interval until it’s smooth and fluid.
07 - Coat each biscuit sandwich in the melted chocolate, using forks to lift and let extra chocolate drip off.
08 - Sprinkle some holiday-themed toppings on the chocolate while it’s still wet if you’re feeling festive.
09 - Transfer the chocolate-coated biscuits to the fridge and leave them there until the chocolate is set and firm.
