Brownie Bites with Caramel (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the brownies

01 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour
02 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 3 large eggs
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 cup dark chocolate morsels
06 - ½ cup unsalted butter

→ For the filling and frosting

07 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
08 - 2 cups powdered sugar
09 - 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
10 - ¼ cup milk
11 - ½ cup unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
12 - 2 packages (7.9 oz each) DOVE® PROMISES Caramel Milk Chocolates

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and coat a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray. Put it aside until needed.
02 - Take a big microwave-safe bowl and melt the butter with the dark chocolate by microwaving them for one minute. Stir, then heat for another 30 seconds if needed. Mix in the sugar, flour, eggs, and salt until just blended. Don’t overdo it.
03 - Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion the batter into the slots of your prepped muffin tin.
04 - Let them cook in the oven for 11-13 minutes. Meanwhile, start unwrapping the DOVE® PROMISES Caramel Milk Chocolates.
05 - Pull the brownies out of the oven once baked. Quickly press a chocolate caramel candy in the middle of each brownie. Let them sit in the pan for about 15 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
06 - Whip the butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, and caramel sauce together in a bowl for about 3-5 minutes until silky. Scrape the bowl’s sides to mix everything evenly.
07 - Spoon or pipe the frosting onto the cooled brownies once they’re ready.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap the DOVE® PROMISES Caramel Milk Chocolates for any chocolate-covered caramels. Rolos work really well.
02 - To keep the brownies fresh, store them covered at room temperature. They’re best enjoyed within 3-4 days.
03 - Use about 1 tablespoon of batter for each mini muffin slot to keep them all the same size.
04 - Make them feel extra homemade by using your own caramel candies instead of store-bought ones.
