White Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Optional extracts for flavor.
02 - Optional sprinkles, nuts, or toppings for decoration.
03 - 3/4 cups (100-130 grams) mix-ins like dried fruit, nuts, etc.
04 - 16 ounces (340 grams) white chocolate chips, bars, or discs.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big baking sheet and cover it with wax paper or parchment paper.
02 - Microwave the white chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. Stir every 30 seconds till it's smooth and ready to spread.
03 - Add roasted nuts, dried fruit, or whatever fillings you like. Toss in some extracts for extra flavor if you want.
04 - Dump the melted chocolate mix onto the lined sheet and smooth it out evenly, aiming for about 1/4 inch thickness.
05 - Scatter toppings over the chocolate and gently press them so they stick. Add a pinch of fine salt if that’s your thing.
06 - Pop the tray into the fridge and leave it to harden, about 20-30 minutes. Once solid, snap it into chunks.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap white chocolate for dark, milk, or semi-sweet.
02 - Toast nuts first for better flavor.
03 - Use anything from candy to zest, nuts, or sprinkles to top it off.
04 - Toss in extracts like peppermint, vanilla, orange, or rum to switch up the flavor.
