Grab a big baking sheet and cover it with wax paper or parchment paper.

Microwave the white chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. Stir every 30 seconds till it's smooth and ready to spread.

Add roasted nuts, dried fruit, or whatever fillings you like. Toss in some extracts for extra flavor if you want.

Dump the melted chocolate mix onto the lined sheet and smooth it out evenly, aiming for about 1/4 inch thickness.

Scatter toppings over the chocolate and gently press them so they stick. Add a pinch of fine salt if that’s your thing.

Pop the tray into the fridge and leave it to harden, about 20-30 minutes. Once solid, snap it into chunks.
